Apple Picking Volunteer Morning

🍎 Join Us for an Apple Harvest! 🍎

Our trees are bursting with apples, and we’d love your help to bring them in. Spend a couple of hours among the trees, enjoy the fresh air, and be part of a friendly harvest crew. Afterwards, we’ll head back to our brand-new events barn to relax together over tea and a slice of homemade sweet apple cake. It’s a lovely way to lend a hand, meet new people, and celebrate the season 🌿

Further event details:

The aim of this session is to pick all viable apples on our trees that go for juicing. During the morning you'll have a chance to learn how we grow apples at Shillingford & taste a variety of our main crop of apples.

You'll need to be stable on your feet on uneven surfaces & be OK to stand for approximately 2 and a half hours. We'll have a break half way through & there will be cake at the end! Please bring appropriate clothing such as sturdy footwear and warm layers.
