This aromatic spread is perfect as an appetizer on toasted bread, to refine sauces, and tastes fabulous with Feta cheese. Thanks to the gentle, natural sun-drying method, the tomatoes maintain all their valuable, heat-sensitive properties such as vitamin C and lycopene.
