Kale Crisps

Bunch of Kale
Olive Oil
Salt or other flavouring of your choice
  1. Remove the thick centre vein from the kale, wash, thoroughly dry and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt.
  3. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees centigrade until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes.
  4. Be creative, add salt, garlic or sprinkle with cheese or paprika to jazz up the flavour. 

Note: You can cook this without oil if you prefer, try it and see.
