A perennial favourite made with speltand oatmeal, sugar, black treacle, golden syrup, lashes of ground ginger, cinnamon, eggs, milk and pieces of crystallised ginger, topped with a sprinkle of flaked almonds.

8" squares, wrapped in traditional waxed paper. Improves with age!

The deadline for bread orders is Tuesdays 12.30 pm, this allows Emma to begin preparations for some bread varieties well in advance of baking. You will be charged the full price for any cancellations after the deadline.
