How to Order a Box

New Customers
To register as a Shillingford Organics customer please use the online registration form. Once you have completed the form, we will contact you to confirm your order and to arrange the time, date and location of the delivery of your first box.

In your first box will be an information pack containing an introductory letter detailing payment options, a price list, a produce list, a standing order form, monthly order forms and a copy of our latest Box Bulletin.

Registered Customers
If you are already registered with us, all you need to do to order is send us a completed monthly order form, filled in as below. We will asume that you want a box every week / fortnight unless you inform us otherwise. If we do not receive a monthly order form from you, we will continue to deliver you your regular order.

Deadlines
Cancellations / changes to orders, which are due for delivery on a Thursday or Friday in any given week are as follows:

Bread & Veg Box Order Deadlines: Tuesday 12.30 pm

Late cancellations made after these times will incur the following costs:

Bread: The full cost of the bread ordered
Veg Box: £2.00

Important Information
You will be charged the full price for cancelling a Veg Box, which is due to be delivered on the same day.

If you amend your order by email we will always send a confirmation email back to you, if you do not receive a reply it is very likely that we have not received your email, in this case you should contact us on 01392 832729 to advise us of any changes to your order.

Sample Order Form (prices shown may vary from current prices)

  1. Month - State the month you are ordering for. Please keep to one calendar month per order form.
  2. Name - Please include your first name and surname.
  3. Tel No - A contact number will help us to get in touch with you if we do have any queries with your order.
  4. Delivery Date - Please make sure week '1' corresponds to the first week of the month. For example, if you are not having a box until week '2' write 'NO BOX' (or similar) in the week '1' row then fill in your order for week '2' in the week '2' row. Fortnightly customers, please fill in the corresponding weeks, either '2' and '4' or '1' and '3' (and '5'). Remember to check whether there are 5 Thursdays / Fridays in the month.
  5. Box Price - Fill in the price of the box you want (see our current price list for box price details) or write the size in words ('mini', 'small', 'medium' or 'large').
  6. Eggs and Honey - In the corresponding week row, write the total cost of the eggs you want in the 'Eggs' column. Write the total cost of the honey you want in the 'Honey' column.
  7. Other Extras - Write the product in the top line of one of the 'Extras' columns (e.g. potatoes, carrots, bread etc) and write the total cost in the corresponding week row (for bread orders, please specify loaf size and type of bread required).
  8. Delivery Charge - Please fill in the delivery charge for any week that it is applicable.
  9. Totals, Discounts and Credits - Fill in the total for each week and then write the final total in the 'TOTAL' box at the bottom of the form.

Please check steps 1 - 9 have been completed each time you fill in a form.
