Delivery Information
Boxes are delivered on Thursdays (Exeter) and Fridays (Teign Valley). Most are left at local collection points for you to pick up - usually a short trip from your home. If you would like us to deliver to your place of work or if would like to become a host, a minimum of four customers is required, but this will be dependent on your location.
Delivery is free to our collection points but boxes can be delivered to your door provided it is close to one of our delivery routes. There may be a £2.00 charge for this service. (We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver to you individually - please be prepared to travel a short distance to collect your box).
Collection point hosts receive free home delivery and a host discount (calculated on the number of boxes delivered) in return for providing space for the full boxes and returned empties. They do not handle any questions about the box scheme, nor take orders or collect payments. There is no need to contact the hosts, simply collect your box and leave an empty one behind.
When collecting from a collection point please try to do so as soon as possible - for their sake and the sake of the contents.

The boxes may not always contain the same number of items as shown in the list.
However, this is more likely to apply to the mini and small boxes.
Make up crops may vary from the list !
