Emma's Bread
We offer box scheme customers a range of yeasted and natural leaven breads made with organic flour (small: 400g; large: 800g) baked in the Commercial Kitchens at Barton Farm by Emma Parkin. Loaves include: ryes, sourdoughs, white, granary and spelt. All are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, some are wheat free, but they do contain gluten and are not suitable for coeliacs. The Barton Eggs
We have our own chickens at The Barton, which are kept to Soil Association standard. Our ladies are in flocks of 100 and they have far more roaming area and shed space than the recommended Soil Association standards. Happy Chickens - Happy Eggs - Happy People!!

Laydilay Organic Mayonnaise
Mandy & Andy Johnson from Laydilay are now making organic mayonnaise, which is available through our box scheme. It is very tasty and knowing that it is created from the eggs laid by their own chickens makes it all the better. Please order in the normal way through the box scheme.
